The game is also one of the few early 8-bit titles that make really good use of its manga/anime license. The game excellently captures the spirit of the series. It includes all the well-known "special shots" and characters. Now with all these very good points I am still not convinced by the gameplay itself. As innovative as it is, I would still prefer a well-playable "action" soccer game over this one.***Tecmo Cup Soccer is a totally unique concept in a sports strategy and cinema action game.
